2. The "No Sweat Bet” promotion will run from midnight (EST) on 12.08.2025 to midnight (EST) on 12.31.2026 (the "Promotional Period").
3. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other sign-up offer.
4. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our General Terms and Conditions.

Sports Welcome Offer: No Sweat Bet up to $500

5. In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player (as defined below) must place an Eligible Deposit (as defined below) during the Promotional Period.
6. Players must:
   1. be over 19 years old;
   2. be located in Ontario;
   3. register during the Promotional Period; and
   4. be a new player with Sports Interaction.

7. An Eligible Deposit is a deposit that complies with the following requirements:
   1. it is the Eligible Player's first deposit placed on Sports Interaction;
   2. it must be made within 10 days following registration on Sports Interaction;
   3. it must be a minimum deposit of $10

Mechanics:

8. Sign up and deposit at least ten dollars ($10.00) into your Sports Interaction account to receive a No Sweat Bet token (issued as a “Bet Insurance Token”) up to $500.
9. No Sweat Bet tokens must be used to place sports bets and expire if not used within 7 days from date of issue.
10. Use your No Sweat Bet token when placing a sports bet by selecting “Add Reward” in your Bet Slip.
11. If the bet placed using the No Sweat Bet token does not win, you’ll receive a Bonus Bet equal to the amount of your No Sweat Bet, up to a maximum of $500. Your Bonus Bet will be available once your wager is settled.

“Bonus Bets” are credits which allow participants to place another bet with Sports Interaction; such credits cannot be withdrawn or cashed-out by participants, and are lost if the bet(s) placed with such credits do not win.

CLAIMING PROMOTION OFFER:

12. To claim this sports promotion, the Eligible Player must, during the Promotional Period, (a) visit on.sportsinteraction.com or download the Sports Interaction mobile application, (b) open a Sports Interaction wagering account, (c) deposit a minimum of ten dollars ($10.00) in to Participant’s account, (d) apply a No Sweat Bet token when placing a sports wager using funds the Eligible Player deposited into its account (a “Qualifying Bet”) and e) have that Qualifying Bet settle. Only the first $500 of a Qualifying Bet is eligible for this Sports Promotion.
13. A wager placed, in whole or in part, using “Bonus Bets,” “Odds Boost Tokens”, “Parlay Boost Tokens”, “Same Game Parlay Boost Tokens” or “Bet & Get Tokens” (or other promotional funds or tokens as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion) or a wager placed on Virtual Sports will not be considered a Qualifying Bet for the purposes of this Sports Promotion. A wager will not be considered a Qualifying Bet for the purposes of this Sports Promotion if for any reason it becomes void, in whole or in part, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
14. After placing a Qualifying Bet, if Eligible Player’s Qualifying Bet is a loss (as determined by the Promoter), the Eligible Player will receive a Bonus Bet credit, in an amount equal the amount of Eligible Player’s Qualifying Bet up to $500 (“Bonus Bet(s)”). 
15. The Promoter will award a Bonus Bet credit up to a maximum of $500, even where the amount wagered in the Qualifying Bet is more than $500.
16. This Bonus Bet is eligible for use on wagers for any of the following sports: Baseball, Boxing, Cricket, Football, Golf, Hockey, MMA, Soccer, Table Tennis and Tennis, with minimum odds of 1.50.

BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

17. Each Bonus Bet can only be used once. Each Bonus Bet can only be placed as one (1) straight bet or one (1) Parlay and cannot be split between various bet placements. Straight bets and each leg of a parlay bet must have minimum odds of 1.5.
18. Bonus Bets are limited to no more than one (1) per person, account, household (IP address) and/or computer. All details of Bonus Bets will be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Bonus Bet (or portion thereof) with a similar reward (or reward element) of comparable or greater value. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Bonus Bets are the sole responsibility of Participants. Bonus Bets cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash and are valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of Bonus Bets by Participants.
19. Bonus Bets can only be redeemed via the Sports Interaction website or mobile application and must be used within seven (7) days of them being credited to Participant’s account or will be forfeited.
20. Bonus Bets do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers, unless otherwise specifically stated in the terms & conditions of such promotional offer.
21. The value of a Bonus Bet, once redeemed, will not be included in any winnings.
22. If Participant’s Bonus Bet wager becomes void, in whole or in part, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion (including, without limitation, if the game/event on which a Bonus Bet was placed is cancelled), the Eligible Player’s Bonus Bet will be returned to their account.
23. Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time or withdrawn from the Eligible Player’s account. The Eligible Player cannot “Cash Out” its Bonus Bet(s).
24. Bonus Bets can be used to place bets on the following sports only: Baseball, Boxing, Cricket, Football, Golf, Hockey, MMA, Soccer, Table Tennis and Tennis.
25. Additional terms and restrictions may apply (including, without limitation, maximum pay out restrictions). See the Promoter’s Terms of Service for details.
26. Any other restrictions in the Promoter’s Terms of Service which are not inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions of this Sports Promotion shall also apply.

ORDER OF FUNDS USED FOR WAGERING:

27. The Eligible Player must apply the No Sweat Bet token when making a real money Qualifying Bet.
28. If that Qualifying Bet is a loss, Promoter will award Bonus Bet credits up to a maximum of $500, even where the amount wagered in the Qualifying Bet is more than $500.
29. All Bonus Bets will be credited to the Eligible Player’s account promptly (within approximately 24 hours) after their Qualifying Bet loses.
30. To use a Bonus Bet, simply add a bet(s) to your Bet Slip (Straight or Parlay), tap on “Apply Bonus Bet?” next to the stake area to display all your eligible Bonus Bets and activate the desired Bonus Bet. Select the “i” button to find out more details. If a wager using a Bonus Bet wins, the net winnings will be credited to the account. The stake amount, which was offered through the Bonus Bet, will not be credited.

Example:

A $10 Bonus Bet is awarded.

$10 Bonus Bet wagered to win at odds of -200

If the bet wins, $10 stake at -200 odds = $15 ($10 stake + $5 winnings).

This means that only $5 will be credited to the balance. 

CANCELLATION:

31. If the Eligible Player opts to cash out the Qualifying Bet early through the “Cash Out” or “Auto Cash Out” features, they will no longer be eligible for this Sports Promotion. If the Eligible Player opts to edit the Qualifying Bet through the “Edit My Bet” feature, they will no longer be eligible for this Sports Promotion. If the Eligible Player opts to get its Qualifying Bet canceled, they will no longer be eligible for this Sports Promotion.
32. Bonus Bets are not required to be wagered on the account once awarded. Should a player choose not to use their available Bonus Bets, they will expire seven (7) days after being issued.
33. To view Bonus Bets expiry information, details can be viewed in “My Account > Promotions > Sports.”
34. Upon request for cancellation, Sports Interaction will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the Eligible Player’s account. If the Eligible Player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a participant’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.

GENERAL

35. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player's account and/or suspend the promotion pending further investigation.
36. We may place restrictions on your account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. We will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
37. We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
